Shipping & Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping on all US orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but are usually 3-5 days for US customers.

Note: During the holidays shipments may take longer. This is out of our control.

For International orders, delivery times can be up to 3 weeks depending on your location, but are usually around 10-12 business days.

 US - 2 Day

International

Ships same day before 11AM EST Delivery time is 10-12 days

 

We try to get all US orders received before 11:00AM EST will shipped that same day. However, you may experience a 2 day processing time due to COVID-19

Our Business Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM EST

All US orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center.

All International orders ship same day and will take 10-12 days for delivery depending on location.

Some international orders will require additional time due to customs inspections. We do not control which packages are held up and therefore some packages will have additional waiting periods.

Subscription Boxes

All subscription box orders ship on the 15th of each month. Due to stock issues we can not ship boxes earlier.

You may cancel your order at anytime. If your order is cancelled before your next shipment date, we will not bill your credit card for the next pay period.

If your credit card has already been billed, typically on your initial order, and you cancel before your order ships, we will issue a refund for that time period.

Due to the nature of subscription orders, we do not accept returns or refunds for these boxes. If a product is damaged, we will ship a replacement for you.

There was a problem with customs:

1.    If, for any reason, the products cannot be delivered to you due to a Customs problem, we will discuss with you case by case about how best to handle the issue(s).

2.    If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility. For example, if you order a necklace but that type of metal or gemstone is not allowed in your country, that is your responsibility to know about before you order from EssentialCharms.com

If the delivery failed for that reason, we cannot offer any compensation, because as the importer it's your job to know about the local regulations.

Another situation in which you must accept liability is where your country requires you to have a license to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know about this before you place an order on EssentialCharms.com , and in the case of a failed delivery, we cannot offer any compensation.

3.    As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to yourself. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility, as described in our terms and conditions.

If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.

4.    There will be a 15% restocking fee for any order returned to us. And the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.

My product says delivered by I didn't receive it?

Many times your order may be held at your local postal office or in customs. It is the buyers responsibility to retrieve the items in this case.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. EssentialCharms.com cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, EssentialCharms.com cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.

 

Returns

Subscription Orders:

Due to the nature of subscription orders, we do not accept returns or refunds for these boxes. If a product is damaged, we will ship a replacement for you.

Domestic Orders:

We offer free returns on any of our non-subscription products that have not been used for up to 30 days, for any reason. Simply contact us and we will send you a prepaid return label.

If you have put oil on your lava stone it does not qualify for a return.

Once we receive the product back, we will issue you the appropriate refund within 7 days.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If an item is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
