The holidays have officially started and it's so hard to stay focused at work with so many distractions going on around you. We have come up with a list of suggestions to help you stay on task and be productive while you are at the office. And coincidentally, peppermint is not only a sign of the season but it is so versatile it will be your favorite oil to use in the workplace!

First and foremost, take care of yourself. If you aren't physically healthy, then nothing else will matter. Being around friends, family and of course co-workers is a big part of the next month and you want to be able to enjoy all the good things this time of year has to offer. You know the drill - eat right, exercise and drink plenty of water.

Along with physical health comes mental health. Stress can be overwhelming this time of year. Year end deadlines at work on top of all the extra added holiday events and activities can easily make you feel loaded down with more than you can handle. Take a day off to re-group if you can.
